InI are approaching the end of our first year as an organization. Consequently, it is time once again to address the question of office and resort allocation.
Here is how it works:
October/November 2026: Nomination Survey
MEMBERS ONLY!
First enter di I name & email address.
After, there will be a page for each nominating position.
It consists of a field for the nomination, where di I is able to enter one, none or several names.
Please consider nominating oneself for a position or someone di I believe is suitable for the role.
On the page is also a description of the position and who currently holds it.
The last page is about the Articles of Association. Feel free to suggest additions or changes by referring to said articles number.
December 2026: Road to General Assembly 2027
Presentation of the Nominees and their agendas and suggested changes to the Articles of Association.
10. January 2027: General Assembly at Tomassini, Lenzburg, Switzerland or Online
Participation is mandatory!
Agenda RUN General Assembly 2027
according to Art. 8 of the RUN Articles of Association:
a) Approval of the minutes of the last general meeting
b) Approval of the annual report of the executive committee
c) Acceptance of the auditors’ report and approval of the annual accounts
d) Discharge of the executive committee
e) Election of the chairperson, the other members of the executive committee and the
auditors
f) Determination of member subscription
g) Approval of annual budget
h) Resolution on the program of activities
i) Resolutions on motions of the executive committee and members
j) Amendment of the articles of association
