The Inity Office is a committee for mediating problems of a personal or interpersonal nature for all members who do not wish to present them to the whole Congregation.

Duties

• Actively monitor the RNS communication channels regarding raspect, modesty and decorum:

• Stepping in and contacting those who don’t adhere to these principles.

• Contact the involved members after 1 or 2 days, to let temper cool down.

• Start a reasoning with the intentions to find out what led to the outburst, what are the issues, how to mend them.
